Draft — not the final privacy notice
GoNoGo Travel is operated by CONTEXT AS (organisation number 938 284 377), which is also the data controller. The final Privacy Policy will be published before public TestFlight or App Store distribution and still awaits production-provider facts, a confirmed public postal address and authorised human privacy approval. This page must not be treated as the final policy.
Scope already prepared for review
- No GoNoGo account or sign-in is required.
- The review draft covers location, maps, weather, search, Apple purchases, RevenueCat and support correspondence.
- Optional Heatmap sharing is separate, off by default and never required for free or paid features.
- The final policy must describe actual production providers, regions, retention and user rights.
Still required before publication
- A confirmed public postal address for CONTEXT AS
- Final production hosting, database and geocoding provider facts
- Approved legal bases, transfer safeguards, retention and effective date
- Human privacy review of the final English and Norwegian pages
