GoNoGo Travel is operated by CONTEXT AS (organisation number 938 284 377). The final Terms of Use will be published before public TestFlight or App Store distribution and still await complete public contact details and authorised human legal approval. This page must not be treated as final terms.
Scope already prepared for review
- GoNoGo provides guidance and does not issue flight clearance or permission.
- Live NOTAM, current official rules, permissions and local conditions remain the pilot's responsibility.
- Drone Pro is planned as one monthly App Store subscription; Apple handles billing and cancellation.
- The website terms will supplement, not replace, Apple's Standard EULA and mandatory consumer rights.

- Complete public contact details for CONTEXT AS
- Final storefront, consumer-law, provider and service-availability facts
- Effective date and links to the live Privacy Policy and Apple's Standard EULA
- Human legal review of the final English and Norwegian pages
